Mango Ice Cream Recipe
Today I explain the step by step to prepare a delicious Mango Ice Cream. Enjoy it!

- 375 grams of sweetened skimmed Greek Yogurt
- 200 grams sweetened natural yogurt
- 45 grams of Mango Concentrated Pasta (Home Chef)
- 1 Lima
- 20 grams of invert sugar
- Mint leaves
Mango Ice Cream Recipe Step by Step
The first thing we have to do is put the glass or container of the ice cream maker in the freezer at least 24 hours before, so that when it is used it is frozen.
The ingredients that we are going to use to make the ice cream must be at least 4 hours in the fridge.
If we do not have invert sugar we will have to do it 24 hours in advance. You can see the recipe here. (Note: in the tips you can read what to do if you don't have invert sugar).
Once we have everything ready we will put in a bowl the Yogurts, the Inverted Sugar and mix it.
Then, add to the mixture the Lima Juice that we will have previously cast and continue mixing.
Then, we have to add the concentrated mango paste and mix until we get a uniform mixture. Finally, we will add the mint leaves very well chopped.
When we have it ready we start the ice cream maker and when the blades start to spin, we pour the mixture through the mouth and let it run for about 40 minutes.
The ice cream will be ready when we see that it has a creamy texture but not totally frozen. We pass it to a container with a lid and leave it in the freezer until it has the desired texture. Although it can also be taken fresh, because its flavor is delicious.
When I presented it, I used a tulip and accompanied it with chocolate leaves. To handle it you must remove it from the freezer approximately 15 minutes before.
