Recipe Authentic Potato Croquettes
Potato croquettes Ingredients:
50 g Free Bread
1 kg potatoes
3 eggs
50 g Parmesan
2 tbsp from Farina
1 tbsp parsley
a little salt and pepper
a little nutmeg
a little of oil
Potato croquettes Preparation:
Cook the potatoes in the shell, peel them and mash them. Add eggs, cheese, chopped parsley, flour, salt and pepper.
Mix the ingredients until you have a firm and homogeneous paste. If necessary, add some flour.
With your hands sprinkled with flour, form the croquettes and pass them on the breadcrumbs.
Let them stand for about 5 minutes and then fry them in the hot oil until golden brown.
