LEMON BLONDIE RECIPE
LEMON BLONDIEINGREDIENTS:
30230 gr. Of flour30230 gr. of butter
40340 gr. of sugar
1 tsp. of salt
Al Zest of
1 lemon
C4 tbsp. of squeezed lemon juice
4 eggs
Lemon glaze bath (prepare at the end with 200gr of icing sugar 2 tablespoons of lemon and one egg white)
LEMON BLONDIE preparation:
Line a rectangular mold of 33 x 22 cm with butter paper, enmantecado and floured on both sides.Mix, with electric mixer, flour, melted butter, sugar and salt.Apart mix the zest and lemon juice with the eggs.
Combine the two mixtures and beat with an electric mixer at low speed until all the ingredients are well integrated (no more than 3 minutes). Preheat the oven to medium temperature 10 minutes before placing the brownie.
the mold and bake at medium temperature for 20 minutes or until the edges begin to brown. Let cool, unmold and remove the lard paper. Cut into individual portions.
Prepare the lemon icing bath by beating the egg white with the lemon and adding the icing sugar and use to cover the brownies.
