PORK TENDERLOIN DIABLO RECIPE Ingredients:

One kilo of pork loin
500 milliliters of water
500 milliliters of vinegar
Four cubes of beef broth
Two cloves of garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients for the sauce:
A liter of cream, ice cream and whipped
Three tablespoons concentrated meat juice
1 tablespoon mustard
A wide chili desvenado, soaked and crushed

PORK TENDERLOIN DIABLO RECIPE Instructions:

    First we must marinate the loin by smearing it with the already ground garlic, salt and pepper.
Undo the beef cubes with the hot vinegar and bathe the meat, and let it soak for an hour or two.


We place the loin on a tray with the vinegar in which it was soaked.


We will put it in the oven at medium temperature for an hour, once the vinegar is consumed we add the water and leave until the loin is cooked,
