Rice is basic in the diet of almost any country in the world, however, it is a food rich in carbohydrates so it is recommended to take care of portions of its consumption.

Ingredients to make a low carb rice


    1 piece of white cauliflower or 4 cups of striped cauliflower, liquefied.
    2 tablespoons coconut oil, olive or your favorite
    Salt, consommé of powdered vegetables "The good broth".
    Mix of vegetables to choose.

Low carb rice preparation


Cook the mixture of vegetables you choose, it can be onion, pumpkins, black pepper, chayote or carrots.
Cut the cauliflower by removing the entire stem. 


Place the cauliflower pieces in the blender and press until it has the consistency of “rice”. You can also grate the cauliflower with a cheese grater.
