APPLE DUMPLINGS Ingredients:


    2 cups of sugar
    2 cups of water
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg
    1/4 cup butter
    4 apples
    2 cups flour
    A teaspoon of salt
    2 teaspoons baking powder

APPLE DUMPLINGS Preparation:


To prepare the syrup boil for 2 minutes the 2 cups of sugar, 2 cups of water, cinnamon, nutmeg, add 1/4 cup of butter.

Peel the apples in eighths

Sift together the 2 cups of flour, salt, baking powder, undo with the fingers inside the flour 3/4 cups of butter add and mix lightly to make a very tender dough 1/2 cup of milk.
