Ingredient
3 Medium Purple Sweet Potato
200 ml Milk (can replace with Coconut Cream)
1000ml Water
1 cup Sago
Rock Sugar/ Brown Sugar (based on your sugar level)
Steps
1. Clean and cut the Purple Sweet Potato to thinner slice.
2. Clean and soak the Sago for about 30 minutes.
3. Boiled the 1000ml Water. Add in the Sago and stir frequently to prevent it stick to the bottom of the pot.
4. Lower heat to allow Sago to simmer and stir continuously. Sago is ready when most of it are look translucent. (Take about 12-15 minutes)
A few specks of white from undercooked is fine.
5. Add the Purple Sweet Potato and Rock Sugar, continue to stir from time to time.
6. Once the Rock Sugar had melted, add in the milk. Once it's boil. Turn off the heat and stir to incorporate.
7. Serve hot or refrigerate and eat cold dessert.
