SPAGUETTI TO THE 3 CHEESES
3 CHEESES ITALIAN SPAGUETTI Ingredients:
240 gr of spaghetti
Butter
1 cup of milk cream
100 gr of cheddar cheese
100 gr of mozarella cheese
100 gr of Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Chopped parsley to taste
Optional bacon or cooked ham
3 CHEESES ITALIAN SPAGUETTI preparation:
In a large pan put water, salt and pasta, fry with a little butter, salt and garlic. Leave about 10 minutes.
Add the cream.
Then, until the cream is heated, add the cheddar cheese, parmesan and grated mozarella over very low heat.
Stir very well until they melt and make a thick sauce.
Drain the pasta and serve on the plate, bathe with the cheese sauce and sprinkle parsley and bacon cooked to taste.
