Handmade Banana pie cake
BANANA PIE CAKE Ingredients:
2 sticks of unsalted butter
400 grams of Mary biscuit
8 cups of milk
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
6 egg yolks
3 1/2 cups of sugar
1 cup vanilla flavor corn starch
6 tablespoons butter without salt
6 ripe bananas
2 cups of whipping cream
BANANA PIE CAKE Preparation:
Grind the cookies Mary and mix with the previously melted butter, place the mixture in the bases pressing with your fingers.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
In a pot combines milk and vanilla essence, heat until it boils. Remove from the heat and with a balloon whisk whisk, incorporate egg yolks and sugar little by little.

Add the 6 tablespoons butter until it melts.
Cut the bananas into slices and add to the custard. It incorporates well.
