FOCACCIA WITH SUGAR RECIPE
Today you can prepare this delicious Focaccia with sugar, a traditional sweet bread of Italian cuisineITALIAN FOCACCIA Ingredients:
375 g all-purpose Robin Hood flour (3 cups)
250 ml of warm milk (1 cup)
1 tsp instant dry yeast
3 tbsp. of sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence

3 egg yolks
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tbsp lemon zest

ITALIAN FOCACCIA preparation:
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and mix with the flour, vanilla essence and lemon zest. Apart, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a cream and add it to the flour mixture.
