 Tangerine pudding

 Super easy, super fast and super economical.

TANGERINE PUDDING INGREDIENTS:

 🍊🍊2 tangerines with peel and without seeds
 🥚1 egg
 🧂200g of sugar
 🍚250g of leavening flour
 Cc100cc sunflower oil.


TANGERINE PUDDING preparation:  


In a blender we put the previously washed mandarins (this is very important) and without seeds.  Add the egg, sugar and oil .. blend until a very homogeneous mixture.

 We remove and go to a boul.  We add the sifted flour and with enveloping movements until integrating all.

 We set up a Savarin #Essen of 18cm and pour the preparation, bring it to a saucepan and cook over medium / minimum heat for 35 minutes.  We puncture with a stick if it comes out dry, remove and unmold.

 Optional glazed.
 Impalpable sugar and squeezed and cast lemon juice.
