 Heat the oven to 180 ° C.  Prepare a baking sheet and cover with plastic wrap, grease with a little oil.  Place some flour on the counter or on a table, spread the puff pastry with the help of a rolling pin until it is flat and has a rectangular shape.

 With the help of a knife cut the rectangle of dough into 3 equal parts, now make a cross section to each rectangle from one point to another, leaving 2 triangles for each rectangle.

 Place the nutella in the center of each dough triangle and with a spoon spread the nutella, then slowly begin to roll the dough from the wider end, to form the croissants.  Repeat this same procedure with the rest of the croissants.

 In a separate bowl, beat an egg with a tablespoon of water until they are mixed, then brush a little of the mixture on each croissant, this will help seal the croissants so that they do not open.

 Bake for 25 minutes or until the croissants are well browned and flaky, once ready remove from the oven, let stand a few minutes and serve.
