Mexican Keto recipe
Too many people believe that glucose is the dominant source of biofuel. The truth is that fat is the ideal energy source for many. We really only need trace amounts of glucose, most of which can be supplied by the liver as needed on a daily basis.Just because carbohydrates and glucose are so readily available and cheap today does not mean that we should depend on them as a primary source of fuel or revere them so highly. In fact, it is this blind allegiance to the "carbohydrate paradigm" that has led many of us to experience the wide variety of metabolic problems that threaten to overwhelm our healthcare system.
There are 2 sources of fuel, you can burn fat or you can burn sugar. Being a fat burner is known as ketoadapt and is the preferred metabolic state of the human body; That is why we have all this fat in our bodies, it is an incredible source of fuel!
Once you are keto fit, you can burn stored fat for energy throughout the day.
If you can handle intermittent fasting, skip a meal, and can go hours without being “hungry” or craving carbohydrates, you are probably keto-adapted.
Things like poor satiety after eating, hunger a few hours after eating, waking up at night due to low blood sugar, trouble burning fat, and carbohydrate cravings are all signs of being a sugar burner.
The good news is that you can change! With simple and easy recipes, you can regain your health today!
